Information for Dealers

Sydney Guillaume Music offers two distribution options depending on order size and distribution requirements.

Printed Bulk Orders (Large-Scale Distribution)

For large ensemble, festival, and All-State distributions, printed scores are provided directly to dealers.

• This model ensures consistent quality and streamlined distribution
• Scores are professionally printed and fulfilled through an authorized printing partner
• Dealers purchase finished printed copies at wholesale rates
• Wholesale pricing is based on quantity and provided upon inquiry

Standard Dealer Orders (Smaller Quantities)

For smaller orders, dealers may purchase a license to reproduce a specified number of printed copies.

• Dealers receive a licensed PDF for printing the agreed-upon quantity
• Dealers may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell the digital files
• Additional copies must be licensed prior to reproduction
• Dealers may be asked to provide quantity breakdowns by school/ensemble for their order

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified per invoice
• Payments may be made by check, ACH, Zelle, or PayPal
