Information for Dealers
How do I place an order for your music?
- There is a minimum of 15 copies per choral music order.
- The sale tax is included in the price and there are no shipping or handling fees.
- IMPORTANT: when placing an order, make sure to include the name of your school or the name of your ensemble in the “Licensed to” box.
- After your purchase is complete, a licensed PDF of the score(s) will be available for immediate download from the order confirmation page. Download links will also be sent to you by email and will expire after 60 days.
- Each score is watermarked with the name of your ensemble, and the password to open the protected PDF is your email address.
- You may print or digitally share the score but only up to the total number of copies you have purchased.
- For payment by check, fill out the Check Out form with all your ensemble’s details and click on Check Payments. (The Check Out form will be found after Clicking on your cart and Proceed to Checkout).

1. Copyright Ownership
All scores available on SydneyGuillaume.com are protected by copyright. Purchasing a score does not transfer copyright ownership to you. Your purchase grants you a personal license to reproduce the number of copies you paid for.
2. Delivery of Materials
After completing your purchase, you will be able to download licensed PDF files directly from the order confirmation page. A confirmation email with download links will also be sent to you shortly after your order is placed.
3. Sharing Restrictions
You agree not to upload or share the licensed PDF(s) on the internet, including on public websites or file-sharing platforms, in any form.
4. Copying Restrictions
It is illegal to make unauthorized copies of the music beyond the number of copies you purchased. For example, printing an additional copy for an accompanist without including it in your total purchased quantity constitutes copyright infringement.
5. File Modification
You agree not to alter, edit, or modify the PDF files in any way.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product (digital PDF downloads), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the PDF(s) have been delivered.
7. Download Expiration
Download links are active for 60 days. You agree to access and print the licensed score within that timeframe.
8. Performance Rights
Upon purchase and acceptance of this License Agreement, your ensemble is granted the right to perform the music in concerts, festivals, and other events, including competitions.
9. Privacy
Your personal information (including name, address, and email) will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party for any reason.
10. Governing Law
This license is governed by the copyright laws of the United States of America, regardless of where the music is purchased or performed.

If you need to purchase less than the minimum requirement of 16 copies for choral works, please contact us with the following details:
